Entering the Citation Guidance

After the two above questions have been answered a text box will spawn. This is where you will enter the content of the citation, or the Citation Guidance.
Entering Citations: Enter Citation Guidance

  1. Copy the Citation Guidance directly from the Authority Document and paste it into the box.
    1. If the document prevents copying text directly, you must manually type in the Guidance. (We typically do not handle content like this.)
  2. Review the pasted text for any odd characters or spacing that may have inadvertently be copied over as well.
  3. Click the SUBMIT button.

In the example below, the highlighted text will serve as the Citation Guidance.
