Setting up Private ADs for Engagements

The client will need at least 1 Mapper Account.

If the document does not have an online link, put the document on SharePoint or OneDrive, and create a shareable link accessible by @unifiedcompliance users. This link will be entered during the Cataloging Project by the Mapper role.

 Setup Private Cataloging Project

Follow these instructions to set up a Private AD Cataloging Project

  1. Navigate to the Team section in the UCF Mapper https://mapper.unifiedcompliance.com/user

  2. Impersonate the client Mapper Account.

  3. Navigate to Private Documents Section https://mapper.unifiedcompliance.com/restricted-documents#!/cataloging

  4. Click the CATALOG PRIVATE AD button.

  5. Assign the appropriate Mapper, Reviewer, and Approver roles.

  6. Click the CREATE PROJECT button.

  7. Once all users accept, run through the Cataloging Project workflow.

 Setup Private Citation Mapping Project

Once the Cataloging Project is approved, follow these instructions to set up a Private Citation Mapping Project

  1. Navigate to the Team section in the UCF Mapper https://mapper.unifiedcompliance.com/user

  2. Impersonate the client Mapper Account.

  3. Navigate to Private Documents Section https://mapper.unifiedcompliance.com/restricted-documents#!/cataloging

  4. Click the Cataloged tab https://mapper.unifiedcompliance.com/restricted-documents#!/cataloged

  5. Find the appropriate AD in the list, and Click the MAP button.

  6. Assign the appropriate Mapper, Reviewer, and Approver roles.

  7. Click the CREATE PROJECT button.

  8. Once all users accept, run through the Citation Mapping project workflow.

 

To expidite project start, find the Project in the In Projess Projects section of the UCF Mapper, click VIEW DETAILS button, navigate to the ADDITIONAL DETAILS tab, and click the ACCEPT FOR ALL button.

Ensure all Mapper Users you want to assign have the AVAILABLE TO WORLD Status selected in their Mapper User Information.

UCF admins can update this by editing the user accounts.
