Multiple mandates in a single citation

Many, if not most, citations contain more than one mandate. In such instances each mandate must be tagged separately.
For example, the citation 'Establish procedures for creating, reviewing, and terminating third-party contracts', you will need to tag one mandate for creating third-party contracts, one for reviewing third-party contracts, and a third for terminating third party contracts. Each of these three mandates will match to its own control. If these items were tagged together then it would only match to one control, thus leaving the other requirements unsatisfied. In the example below there are two mandates: one about disclosing the frameworks that define hazardous and recycled hazardous waste and one for disclosing the amounts thereof. Tag the first mandate (as illustrated) and hit submit.

When there are no additional mandates you will select No, however in this case we know there is a second mandate so you will select Yes. This will re-spawn the tagging of the previous mandate. Untag any terms that do not apply to the second mandate, tag the second mandate (as shown below) and hit submit. Again, after selecting your definitions you will be met with the aforementioned prompt. This time you will select No.
