Record Example Workflows

Record Example workflows relate to record retention. Some Authority Documents specify how long a record must be kept active before archival, or if a specific event is necessary to trigger a change in status. If the Authority Document contains information about archiving and disposing the Record add that information by selecting the appropriate option from the drop down box or adding the relevant information manually. 

Once you have made a selection or entered the appropriate information hit Submit and move on to the next task
