Scenario	As a Compliance Manager, I search the third party dictionaries. When I select my preferred term and definition, I can add the term and definition to my Coporate Dictionary and Glossaries. When I can’t find my preferred third-party sourced term and definition, I can add my own term and definition to my Corporate Dictionary and Glossaries.
Use Case	A Compliance Manager can use the UC 4.0 Dictionary to add third-party sourced and manually sourced terms and definitions to their Corporate Dictionary and Glossaries. When a Compliance Manager adds a term and definition to their Glossaries a term and definition record is also created in their Corporate Dictionary.
