Price Increase To Do List

Recurly:

  • Add new subscription with updated pricing

  • Add coupons (note: coupons likely not needed)

    • Aubrey possibly given access to create (with approval) and maintain coupons

CCH:

  • Determine how to separate the old pricing for the renewals from the new pricing for the new customers

  • Slowly updating pricing in the reseller portal (may vary by partner)

Reseller

  • Existing Customers will maintain their current subscription (legacy plan)

  • New Customers (two paths)

  • Reseller does not approve of new pricing – legacy pricing is used.

  • Reseller approves of new pricing – new pricing is used.

Contacts

  • Extend cron

Hubspot:

  • Add new pricing in for quotes

  • Extend cron

Website/Marketing:

  • Update pricing beginning of Q3 on website

  • Communicate new pricing to current customers and partners

Assumptions

  • Once an account rolls back to free, when they go to pay again… they will use the new pricing.

  • Early renewal product codes and billing practices will be handled by Sales team.

Additional

  • Will take this opportunity to implement the trial period for demo accounts.
