After you have submitted the hierarchy you will be taken to a page where you will set the Common Controls Hub (CCH) Permissions. This is the final step in a Citation Mapping project.
- Select All CCH users if the document is going to be freely available to anyone with a CCH account.
- Select Paid CCH users only for documents that require a paid subscription for access.
- Select Paid CCH users who purchase the mapping for an additional fee if the document is not being made widely available, and is placed behind a paywall.
- Select Specific account(s) and/or whitebox(es) only if the document is a special client engagement that the UCF has been commissioned to map. You will be required to provide the client's account number if this option is selected.
By default, Private Documents are only available to the Document Owner's CCH account.
