To set up a Citation Mapping project, follow these steps.
- Navigate to the New Projects Section in the UCF Mapper https://mapper.unifiedcompliance.com/new-project.
- Click the START button under Map Citations.
Map Citations
- Locate the appropriate Authority Document and click the ASSIGN button.
- Assign the users to the appropriate roles for the cataloging project (Mapper, Reviewer, Approver).
- Click CREATE PROJECT.
After all users have accepted their roles, the project can begin. The Mapper Role will have two preset tasks in your queue: A Map a Citation task and a Create Citation Hierarchy task.
Click on the Map a Citation task to begin citation Entry. (The Citation Hierarchy will be covered in a later section.)
